At Anjana Resort & Convention, we understand that travel and event plans may change. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms applicable to cancellations, booking changes, and refunds for room reservations, events, and other services booked through our website or directly with the resort.
1. Room Booking Cancellation
Cancellation requests for room reservations should be communicated to our reservations team as early as possible.
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled check-in date may be eligible for a refund, subject to the booking terms.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in may be subject to cancellation charges.
- No-show bookings may be charged in accordance with the applicable booking terms.
- Promotional, discounted, advance-purchase, or special-rate bookings may have different cancellation conditions.
The applicable cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking will take precedence.
2. Modification of Booking
Guests may request changes to their booking, including check-in dates, check-out dates, number of guests, or room type.
Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges or revised rates.
3. Event & Function Cancellation
For weddings, conferences, parties, corporate events, banquets, and other functions, cancellation terms may vary depending on the event size, booking value, date, advance payment, and agreed package.
Any applicable cancellation charges will be communicated in the event booking agreement or quotation.
Advance payments for confirmed events may be non-refundable where the resort has already committed resources, facilities, vendors, or arrangements for the event.
4. Refunds
Where a refund is approved:
- The refund will generally be processed through the original payment method.
- Processing time may depend on the applicable bank or payment provider.
- Any applicable cancellation, processing, or service charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.
- Refunds will only be made to the person or payment method associated with the original booking, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Non-Refundable Bookings
Certain promotional rates, special offers, packages, advance-purchase rates, or event bookings may be marked as non-refundable.
Such bookings cannot be cancelled for a refund unless otherwise specifically agreed by Anjana Resort & Convention.
6. Cancellation by the Resort
In exceptional circumstances, Anjana Resort & Convention may need to cancel or modify a reservation or event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, operational requirements, safety concerns, natural events, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Where applicable, the resort will communicate available options to the guest, which may include rescheduling or refund according to the circumstances and booking terms.
7. Force Majeure
The resort shall not be liable for failure or delay in providing services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, public emergencies, strikes, civil disturbances, or other unforeseen events.
Any refund or rescheduling arrangement in such circumstances will be considered based on the nature of the event and the applicable booking terms.
